1. What is MATCHi?
MATCHi is an online booking platform that we use for booking courts and for paying Game4Padel membership. It is not a membership and registering with it costs nothing. The app is much more user friendly than the desktop version.

3. What is the difference between Game4Padel membership and Broxbourne Padel Club membership?
Our courts were built by, are owned by and run by Game4Padel and G4P membership is with them. It costs £6.50 per month (£13 for family membership) and gives £2 discount per member when booking courts. Members can book 10 days in advance instead of seven days and also gives access to member only activities.
Broxbourne Padel Club membership is an add-on to G4P membership and cannot be used instead of it. It costs a further £6 per person per month and gives 14 days early access to booking courts as well as a fob for entry to the clubhouse with use of the showers and discount at the bar.
If you are a member of another Broxbourne Sports Club section there is no additional charge for Broxbourne Padel Club membership – please let us know so we can tag you in MATCHi.
4. How do I cancel a booking?
In the MATCHi-app:
- Log in to your MATCHi account and press “Bookings”.
- Here you can see all of your upcoming bookings or activities. Press the one you want to cancel.
- Press the black “Cancel” button on the bottom of the page, then confirm the cancellation. Remember that you must cancel before one hour of play to receive a refund Every cancellation will get charged with a cancellation fee of £1 for payment with debit or credit card
5. Why haven’t I received a refund for my cancellation?
At the time you book a court on the MATCHi system, an equal amount is reserved in your bank account to ensure the card has coverage to complete the payment. The amount always gets reserved and never withdrawn at the time of booking. It will probably appear in the “pending” section of your account. If you cancel a booking, the reserved amount will be released and only the cancellation fee of £1 will be charged. This means that the only transaction on your account will be of the cancellation fee. It can take up to 5 working days for the bank to release the reserved amount.
6. How do I cancel my Game4Padel membership?
