Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) Tuesday 16th April
All adult members of Broxbourne Sports Club are invited to an EGM on Tuesday 16th April, 8pm in the Function Room.
The purpose of this meeting is to enable members to vote on the resolutions we need you to agree to in order to proceed with the restructuring of the club.
The proposed restructuring is something that the club has to do – staying as we are is definitely not an option. We have taken professional advice as to the structure that will suit our needs and provides optimum opportunities for the future. As far as members are concerned, you will see minimal changes. The club will remain owned by the members – hence the need for you to be involved in agreeing to the change of status.
